Proper environmental management and environmental protection are key objectives of Calla Luxury Seafront Suites.
Being aware of the importance of environmental protection for sustainable development, we implement an environmental management system as per ELOT EN ISO 14001 : 2015 involving employees, partners and customers and are COMMITTED to:

Comply with all legislative and other requirements concerning activities in relation to environmental aspects.

Assess the environmental impact of activities in order to reduce or eliminate negative environmental impacts.

Be active in every possible way to protect the environment and prevent pollution, and

To seek continuous improvement by setting goals.
Based on these commitments, we AIM at:

Implementing actions to save energy, reduce water consumption, reduce and properly manage waste.

Informing all parties involved on environmental activities to raise environmental awareness and participation.

SEA TURTLE CARETTA CARETTA
ARCHELON - Τhe Sea Turtle Protection Society of Greece
The sea turtle Caretta Caretta has been nesting at the beaches of Rethymno for thousands of years and it is on us to take measures to protect this endangered species. As the turtles come out at night, we lift the sunbeds during the nesting period in the evening.
GREEN SERVICE OPTION
Skip daily room cleaning – Protect the environment
With this green option you help us preserve valuable resources like water and electricity as well as detergents.
On the 3rd day, we change linen and towels, empty litter bins and perform the regular cleaning service. In case you need something earlier, please let us know.
